Celebrating Sadie Ann!

Yesterday we were able to take a quick trip up to Dallas to celebrate Samantha and sweet baby Sadie!  I can't wait to have another niece and am so excited to meet her in a couple of weeks!

 We had a lot of family and some of Samantha's friends come for the shower.  Some people had already left by the time I was taking group shots :)  A very cool thing is that Sadie will be born into a family that has 4 generations still living on all sides!  Ryan and Samantha both have grandparents still living which means Sadie will be loved and spoiled by lots of people!  I think the person most excited may be her big sister Addisyn! 

 I wish I had gotten a picture of the present area when all of them were there but I was talking and forgot to take a picture. 

 Sadie got a lot of very cute things.  The onesie Samantha is holding up says Baseball is life.  And of course we couldn't forget about the big sister!

Can't wait to meet you Sadie Ann!

 We had a block party at our house this year so my parents were able to come and take the kids Trick or Treating for us!

Pink out Highland Park

I love being at the same school as Savannah! This year for Breast Cancer awareness I organized a pink out! 

These are all the kinder and pre-k kids that wore pink! Savannah is laying down in front!

Los Angeles

Andy and I went to Los Angeles two weeks ago for Andy to attend a church conference. 

We had a couple hours to explore LA before Andy had to head to the conference. So we decided to go to Hollywood blvd

We had lunch had Planet Hollywood and enjoyed a large candy store!

While Andy attended the conference I enjoyed a little me time at the hotel!

On Saturday night we headed to a nice restuarant and to see the Sunshine boys.

It was a nice little get a way but we both agreed that we don't need to go back to LA!

Date night with the Crowl's

We were able to have a date night with Rob and Amy a couple of weeks ago to see The Book of Mormon. Although the show was pretty raunchy we had a great time!

Our night started with dinner at Franks! Yum!

After Franks we headed to the show!

Fire safety week

A couple weeks ago was fire safety week in Texas! We decided to attend a fire house open house. The kids had a great time and learned what to do in case of fire!
