Mommy-Savannah day

Saturday morning Savannah and I got up for our day. It started with getting our nails done together. We drove to Cedar Park to my old nail place to get them done because they have the kids chairs!
After our nails we went shopping for Daddy and had a quick lunch. Then we headed home to get changed and ready for the nutcracker.
A big thanks to Uncle Daryl and Aunt Randi for the tickets.

Christmas parties

Last week we had a couple different Chriatmas parties! They started with the Crossroads band party. The picture below is all the kids of band members watching a movie.Thursday morning was Savannah's class party. They sang songs, exchanged books, and ate lunch.
Friday was Bruce's class party! Trying to get him to sit still for a picture was fun!
We ended the week with the church staff/elder party. I didn't take any pictures but we had a great time! We are so blessed!

Trail of Lights

The trail of lights is a Chriatmas tradition in Austin.Zilker park transforms into a mile and a half walk of lights.
This year Daddy was sick (and really didn't want to go) so Aunt Jill and I took the kids!
It was so fun to walk around with the kids. Bruce kept yelling "Look Mommy!" And pointing at the next set of lights. Savannah was in awe but little did we know she was coming down with the flu :(
Bruce was so excited about Wild Things!
So glad we got to go to the Trail! Can't wait for next year!

Savannah's dance performance

Savannah has been in dance this semester at a local dance studio. She is taking tap and ballet every Tuesday night. Last week she was able to perform her Christmas dance. She was so cute and so excited that Papa and Nana joined us
Her big performance is in the spring but this was cute!
Love our little dancer!

Harvey Christmas 2013

This past weekend we were able to head to Bridge City for a big Harvey family Christmas!
It was so great to see everyone and spend the weekend playing games, talking, watching the kids, and of course watching the Heisman presentation :)

The kids really enjoyed each other and I look forward to next year having at least 1 more grandchild if not more than that!

we had tons of presents...totally spoiled and blessed!
One of the highlights of Pa and Ma's house is playing outside!
 And of course swinging!

Love you Amos, Crowl, Ray, and Harvey's!  Can't wait to see you again soon!

31 years old

I turned 31 on December 8th and had a great day.  We went to church and then I was able to take a nap :)  After my nap we headed to the mall to take the kids pictures with Santa.
No tears and actual smiles in the picture!  After the mall we headed to Texas Land and Cattle for dinner with my parents.  We have 2 traditions for my birthday...TXLC and then Christmas lights.

I had a great birthday and am truly blessed!

Daddy-Savannah Date

Savannah and Daddy enjoyed their first time to the Home Depot kids workshop.  I know there are many more in the future!
