Homecoming 2012

I love working for a district that has a lot of traditions!  One of the things they do is Homecoming parade and then the game!  Last night we were able to join the baseball team again in watching the parade and handing out candy!
Trying to get a picture of the kids before we go outside...Bruce of course is trying to get away!
When he finally did he thought he was so funny :)
Savannah looks so big in her mum from Papa!
Hanging out in one of the baseball boys truck!
Savannah finally got out but Bruce wanted to stay put!
Savannah and Papa handing out candy to all the people
 Savannah watching the Parade
Of course we had to get one with Papa in the golf cart!

And finally what a difference a year makes!

So proud of my Hubby!

For those of you that don't know, Andy has been working the past 2 years on his masters degree in School Counseling!  We wanted to show him how proud we are of him by celebrating with a few of his favorite things!
Again, I am kicking myself for not having more pictures but I guess we were just to busy having fun!  We set up a table with some of his favorite things. We also had all of his favorite foods which none were healthy!
After everyone ate and mingled I asked a couple of people to give some speeches.  Andy had no idea and was very honored to hear some of the speeches!
Amy and Rob did a great job and of course had us laughing!  Amy was in her element!
Jason shared about how much he admires Andy for his hard work as well as told some stories and of course chowed off their Besties with Testies T-shirt
Leo shared how we all met and then told the story of Andy and his bellbottoms!
 The man of the hour!
And again the only group picture I took Andy with his Dad and his Dad's cousin Gary!
Andy we are so proud of you and all you have done!  I hope you know how much I love you and proud of you I am.  You are my rock and Thank you for going to school to better our family as well as the lives of all the children you work with!

Savannah's 4th birthday party

Sorry it has taken me so long to get some more posts up.  I feel like I can't catch up to anything :)  Two weeks ago we had Savannah's 4th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese!  We had a blast and I am kicking myself for not getting more group shots or one of our family :(  But here are some pictures from the party!
Our big girl enjoying the rides
Savannah loves the monster truck...Bruce on the other hand
Savannah and Bruce were so excited that cousin Addisyn got to make it to Austin for the party!
The group eating pizza at 10:15 am :)

Savannah was not the biggest fan of Chuck E Cheese
But once her boyfriend Hudson went over to him she did too :)
 Bruce loved his cupcake
Savannah and Addisyn in the ticket blaster
Pa and Papa playing air hockey with Bruce
Savannah playing with Aunt Jenny...look at our lefty!
And the only group picture I got was with Savannah and Uncle Jason and Aunt Jill!
We had a great time and I can't believe she is 4!  What a blessing she has been!

Happy 4th Birthday!

I can't believe our baby girl is 4 years old!  This morning she was so excited!  Andy and I woke her up by singing her Happy Birthday and she quickly realized her room was filled with balloons.  After telling her that her next surprise was waiting in the living room she quickly got out of bed!
She has wanted this dog for a while so we were excited when we found it!  She also got some nail polish, hair ties, Dora DVD's and candy!
 Savannah Grace,
You have brought so much joy to our lives!  You are the life of the party and love to make people laugh (just like Daddy).  You are a great big sister and your brother adores you! We love you so much and can't wait to see what this year brings!
Happy Birthday Baby Girl!

How bout them Cowboys!?

I told you in the Wordless Wednesday we were all decked out!  Everyone at Andy's school was hating on his polo but we don't care.  We love our Cowboys and they did not disappoint with the season opening win over the Giants!
Before the game Andy and the kids broke out their guitars and were playing around...I love these pictures of Bruce and Andy!
