What a week!

This has been a great week but so tiring for Mommy, Daddy, and Papa! Addisyn came for a week visit and Savannah just loved being around here!

Tuesday: Kiddie Acres (awesome if you live around Austin and have kids!)
Drive to Rockport, TX

Wednesday: Beach and Pool. Mommy and Daddy go out for a movie
Thursday: Corpus Christi to the Aquarium and then drive to Austin

Although I say I am ready for Savannah to start walking....my heart is saying stay a baby! Well, out baby is turning into a toddler slowly. Last night I was holding her bottle and I swore she took a step towards me unassisted. But Andy didn't get to see it so I thought maybe it was a fluke. Nope, today while I was working on the computer I heard Andy scream she just took a couple of steps! Here is a video of her starting to walk. She isn't really sure of herself but soon she will be going crazy I am sure!

New Toys and a fun week!

Let me just start by saying we have had a great week! We decided a couple of weeks ago that we had a lot of stuff that we weren't using or haven't used...so we are having a garage sale. While getting ready for it we have been able to reorganize two closets and after saturday we will have a organized garage.

I have also been looking forward to a sale that started on Thursday. Now I am not a big shopper...I am one of those people that knows what I want and go in and get it. I really have to be in the mood to go shopping. But this particular sale was at Kid to Kid and I wanted to get Savannah some new clothes (she actually needed them this time!) and a toy that I have been eyeing. The sale started at 4 so Andy and I got over there at 3:30 and wow...women and their babies were waiting outside the doors. It was crazy but I found the toy that I wanted and a couple of great clothes. Here are some pictures of Savannah with her toys. The table we bought from a friend at church for 7.00!

Where did Daddy go?

Andy and I are realized that Savannah gets into everything lately. She has been making us laugh quite a bit with the things she finds!

When Andy and I moved into our house the garage had a cat door in it. We didn't think much of it and we weren't going to buy a new door so we left it. Well, Savannah has found it. The other day Andy went out in the garage and Savannah crawled over to the door and wouldn't stop crying looking through it. We laughed about it and then the next day she figured out how to open the door. Notice the pictures of her trying to get me while I was outside!

Who needs tv when you have this entertainment!

Happy Anniversary

Sorry for the last post but it has been kinda crazy around here. Andy and I had a great anniversary. I can't believe it has been three years! On the day of our anniversary we celebrated with the Austin zoo and Savannah. The next day my parents babysat and Andy and I went to Dave and Busters. We had a great time...here are a couple of pictures

Fun with Addisyn

Addisyn has been visiting Nana and Papa and so we have had some fun play dates. We have been on a austin tour, swimming, lunches, gatti town, and coaching school. Here are a couple of pictures of our fun!

3 years and the zoo!

Andy and I celebrated 3 years today! This morning Andy let me sleep in and made cinammon toast for us to eat. After we got up and got going we went to eat with my mom and Andy's favorite restaurant. We wanted to do something fun and something new so we decided to try the Austin zoo! We had a great time...it was hot but other than that we all enjoyed it. At one point a Lion was standing and growling. Savannah gripped Andy's shirt for dear life (you can see it in the picture below) After the zoo we went over to JAson and Jill's to hang out. It was a great day and we are excited to go out tomorrow night just the two of us!

Amy's wedding

Amy's wedding was perfect! She looks beautiful and so happy! We are so excited that Andy was able to marry them and that they are living right up the road! Congrats Amy and Rob!

Fun in Mobile!

We had a great time in Mobile. Ma and Pa got Savannah a swing and a wagon. although it was Amy's wedding week we were able to do a lot of fun stuff.

Happy 4th of July!

I know it's a little late but I have been a little busy. For the fourth we went with Daddy's band to San Antonio for a gig at Cowboy Fellowship. We had a great time even though we didn't get to see any fireworks!

Sweet Home Alabama!

Well we made it! We are in Alabama for the week to see Aunt Amy get married to Uncle Rob. Mommy is the Matron of Honor and Daddy is the preacher! We are so excited and I am glad to be with Ma and Pa!

We broke our trip up and spent the night in Port Arthur at Pa's trailer. I loved it! So many different things to climb and explore. I even figured out how to climb stairs...which scares Mommy because I can't go down them.

After a lot of time spent in the car listening to Mommy and Daddy talk and sing we arrived. Aunt Amy and Ma were outside waiting for us with a WAGON for me! So far I have hung out with Ma, Pa, Aunt Amy, Mimi, and Granjack.

Will post pictures of the cutest flower girl in a week and the prettiest bride (outer than Mommy)!

Who knew?

Lately Andy and I have been trying to save money in an effort to pay of debt as fast as possible. This week we have also been trying to keep Savannah at home and do fun things around the house.
