Videos
We went on a Duck tour of Austin a couple of weeks ago. Savannah found the whistle and figured out how to use it within a couple of minutes. It is now one of her favorite toys!
Our friend brought us dinner and a balloon for Savannah this week...it was so sweet and Savannah loved the balloon!
Poor Baby
As most of you know Savannah has been sick this week. She started on Friday but I just thought it was her teething. Well, on Sunday she was running a 103 temp. It has been an emotional roller coaster filled with lots of tears and not a lot of sleep for Andy and I.
This is what we know so far...she has a Urinary Track Infection. We don't know how she got it or why but it is a concern for a baby under 15 months. She is on antibiotics and not contagious. Once the antibiotics are over we will have to go to Dell Childrens hospital to have two invasive tests done on her kidneys. It is possible she has what they call 'reflect' which, from what I understand, is where her urethra is not developed correctly thus causing her urine to go back into her kidneys. I am not sure what all that intails and I don't want to jump to any conclusions so for know we are putting it in God's hands and praying that it is just a UTI. I will keep you updated.
Please continue to keep her in your prayers!

Fun pictures and videos
School officially started for all of us on Monday. But I wanted to post some pictures of our last week of summer...can we just say that Savannah has a personality!
Savannah loves to play peek-a-boo. Lately she will get in her chair and do it with her blankets.
Another new things for Savannah is going through anyones purse. Well you can figure out what she found in Mommy's!
We finally got our entertainment center. Savannah decided she had a better use for it than us!

Is it seriously over?
I can't believe this summer is over! We have had a great time just being home with Savannah and enjoying her little personality! Yesterday was an end to a great summer. We went and had Savannah's 1 year pictures taken and then went to the mall to get some school shopping in! I remember this time last year going to the mall everyday to walk to try to get Savannah to come into the world. I can't believe it has almost been a year! Here is a sneak peak at Savannah's one year pictures!

Church Nursery
Well church nursery has been very trying fo Savannah this summer. I am not sure if it is her age or being home with us all the time or what but she hasn't enjoyed it much. And when I say Savannah I really mean the nice women of our church that have put up with her crying for an hour every Sunday.
But lately Savannah's boyfriend Hudson has been staying in nursery and well she seems to be doing better. Here are a couple pictures I took Sunday during nursery

Happy Birthday Aunt Jill!
So it is two days late but I wanted to wait until we I could post pictures! As many of you know we have become very good friends with the Jason and Jill Jennings over the past year. We actually met them the day before I had Savannah and as Jill tells me she thought I was going to pop that night!
Fast forward a year and we have traveled to San Marcos, San Antonito, New Braunfels, and Houston together! Saturday was Jill's 24th birthday and we all were going to see GEORGE STRAIT!!! It was awesome and although we were up high we loved spending time with them and of course seeing King George! They even got a close up of his butt one time! Hope you had a great birthday Jill and we look forward to spending many more with you!

Kinda a return to work
Well this week we have had a reality check of work again. Not that Andy and I haven't worked this summer but we havent been up at 5 am! Andy has been at training and I am in Volleyball 2 a days.
So my awesome Aunt Jenny came down to hang out with Savannah this week. Savannah has had a great week! And I sware she has grown in the past two days. My baby is starting to look like a toddler more every day!
This week has also been another fun home improvement project. Let me say that Fun is used very sarcastically. Most of you know the drama of the deck well the sink has been three days now and I am hoping it isn't more! It's a very long story but needless to say we are on sink 2 and about the 10th piping system! Andy and my dad have been working hard to finish it. Well, little miss Savannah has really been missing Daddy...and today when he left for practice tonight she was very upset.
We are really excited to both have next week off and spend some more time with our Baby! I can't tell you what it is like to be a mom but I wouldn't trade it for a million dollars!
Thanks Aunt Jenny for coming and staying with us!
